In the early modern age when new innovations, philosophies and traits start developing, the world then starts to think of reviewing some laws governing it before, considering those laws to be “old” or “incapable of been a law”.

But among these “old laws” is a genuine, comprehensive, adequate, eternal law, a law that is far superior to the Roman and Persian’s laws, a law that is in harmony with nature, human being and everything that exist.

With honour I present to you the “Shari’ah[Islamic Jurisprudence]”.

Ignoring all other laws[i.e Roman and Persian’s laws etc.] which are surely incapable of been a law for the world. Let discuss the “true law(shari’ah)” and the newly invented “man-made laws”.

To start with, we have to understand these two terms [i.e Shari’ah (also known as Islamic Jurisprudence) and the Man-Made law].

Islamic Jurisprudence is the doctrines and rules laid down in the qur’an(book of Allah”God”) and those that are established by the prophet muhammad(may peace and blessing of Allah be upon him).

Man-Made law is the law/doctrine that are formulated, constructed and compiled through human opinions.

After getting the meaning of these two terms, it’s time to establish some fact about these two laws, and we will be discussing both together in terms of their “similarities” and “differences”

Similarities Between The Two Laws

1. Both Condemn Terrorism/Unjust Killings:-
On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if any one slew a person – unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land – it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our apostles with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land.  (The Noble Quran, 5:32)”, and also do the man-made law condems it..

2. Both Advocate Seeking Of Knowledge:-

3. Both advocates Helping each other
And so many more similarities..

Now after mentioning few similarities between the two laws. It is time to actually talk about the differences, and the difference will determine which is superior to other..

Differences Between The Two Laws

1. Source:-
The Islamic jurisprudence was established by the creator, the all-knowing, the self-sufficient, the controller, while the Man-Made law was established by the creature, the ignorant, the weak, and the controlled.
From this you would have known the one which is superior to the other..

2. Stability/Lifespan:-
Islamic jurisprudence is for all time(past, present, future) and can not be amended or reviewed. It fits for all time and ages. while man-made law isn’t stable/reliable because those who formulated it were humans who likes to satisfy themselves rather than the society, also it would be amended every time things change which will make it, difficult to get adhere to.
So I think by now with these few points you would have seen the superiority of Islamic Jurisprudence over man-made law.

I thank you for reading this post and I wish that you share this for other people to know what you have known.
